Expert team at Global Imaging

The management of the group is proposed to be segregated in to various departments as under. The organizational chart is also placed below.

Policy matters: The Managing Director supported by well-constituted board of directors will be responsible for all the key issues and policy decision of the company.

Centre Management: The complete facility centre will be under the control of Director / General Manager (Operations) and he will be responsible for planning, personnel and administration.

Administration & Commercial Management:  The Administrative division consists of purchasing, finance and liaison with Government departments etc. Besides day-to-day production this will be monitored by the Directors.

Marketing Management: The marketing being key area will be managed by marketing manager with teams for institutional and retail sales.

Financial Management: The activity of accounting and financial management will be in the control of finance manager. The division will look after the taxes, customer realization and MIS.
